Rules
All rules are developed in conjunction with the NCCS staff, the NIRSA Extramural Committee, and NIRSA Basketball Committee.
Unless otherwise stated, the National Federation of State High School Association Basketball Rules will be followed. Sportsmanship and player conduct requirements will be discussed at the Captain's Meeting.
